INTRODUCTION TO SAP DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT
2020
In SAP Document Management, original files such as engineering drawings and product descriptions can be associated with a Document Information Record (DIR) and managed within the SAP system. The DIR, along with its corresponding originals, follows its own lifecycle, starting from creation, through approval, and finally, archival.
The objective of this project was the implementation of SAP PLM Document Management. The migration of document data and originals was carried out from the legacy PLM system. The Document Management customization encompassed a complex workflow-driven approval process. The Document Authorization concept ensured the protection of documents against unauthorized access.
BARCODE SCANNER APPLICATIONS WITH ITS MOBILE
2019
The objective of this project was to integrate barcode scanners used in logistics and production with the SAP system. The chosen technological foundation for this endeavor was the proven and robust ITS Mobile technology.
The ITS Mobile ABAP applications were customized or developed to align with the specific warehouse logistics and production processes. The implementation covered both Inventory Management (IM) and Warehouse Management (WM) contexts.
BUSINESS SOLUTION FOR ORIGIN DATA TRACEABILITY
2015
This project aimed to implement a traceability solution for origin data in the food industry. In accordance with the 2014 Food Information Regulation (FIR), origin labeling on food packaging is mandatory for manufacturers.
The developed business solution in SAP is based on origin information captured in the batch classification of raw materials. As the raw materials enter production, the flow of origin data towards the final packaging is ensured on the production line, as well as the transmission of data to traceability portals such as fTRACE, myFairNet, and others.
